Once purpose, direction and boundaries are clear, AI takes responsibility for translating them into a coherent product. That includes product structure, architecture, UX, data, implementation, validation and operational consequences.

The important word is responsibility. AI is not merely asked to produce fragments after every meaningful decision has already been made by a human.
