One human direction

One accountable perspective keeps purpose, boundaries and acceptance coherent.

One human direction

Flaey does not require one person to perform all the work. It requires one person to remain accountable for the direction of the whole.

That human direction holds the purpose, corrects drift, sets boundaries and decides whether the result still serves the original intent.

In Pagayo, the human direction does not design tables, APIs or components. It operates from the helicopter view and notices when complexity starts serving the system instead of the entrepreneur, when a concept fragments the platform or when a solution loses the original simplicity.

The role is closer to a conductor than a programmer: not playing every instrument, but remaining responsible for the coherence of the whole performance.
