Flaey treats the complete product outcome as the unit of work. Architecture, UX, implementation, tests, configuration, documentation and validation belong together when they serve one result.

Mechanical integration may be delegated to a repository-connected executor, but missing product interpretation may not be silently transferred to that executor.

Pagayo formalises this through complete implementation packages. Cursor applies the supplied work, resolves bounded integration issues, runs checks and reports evidence. The design responsibility remains with AI under the original human direction.
