Flaey was not designed as a consulting framework and then applied to a demonstration project.

The practice came first.

Pagayo began with one stable human purpose. AI was progressively given responsibility for product interpretation, architecture, UX, implementation design and complete delivery packages. The human direction stayed focused on purpose, simplicity, market reality and final acceptance.

Patterns that repeatedly worked became explicit: purpose before solution, one human direction, principles instead of repeated instructions, AI ownership of the how and bounded mechanical integration.

Flaey is the name for that working relationship.
